Sable Creek Luxury Pools & Outdoors was founded on a simple belief:
A backyard pool should bring joy, not more work. After decades in the swimming pool industry, we heard the same frustration again and again — “I spend more time maintaining my pool than enjoying it.” We knew it didn’t have to be that way.
Owner and builder Chip Egger has been in the pool industry since 1995 and represents three generations of family experience in swimming and water systems. With more than 40 years rooted in North Texas, Chip brings a deep understanding of local soils, terrain, climate, and construction standards — knowledge that directly impacts how a pool performs over time.
Every Sable Creek project begins with a full topographic analysis of your backyard. Rather than designing from assumptions, we engineer each pool to your property’s actual elevations, ensuring proper flow, efficiency, and long-term durability. From there, we work closely with you to understand your vision and how you want to live in your outdoor space.
